Gift vouchers are not automatically generated but you will receive an order receipt to say your gift voucher order has been sent to Marinadee gift vouchers are a personalised PDF attachment emailed, after we receive your order.

If the gift voucher is not in spam please email or call us at Marinadee as we may not have received your gift voucher request order or your email is incorrectly sent to us.

• Gift Vouchers are non-refundablebut can be transferred to another person by contacting us
• Buying a gift for your 'MUM' please let us know her full name so we can search for her details if she loses her gift voucher
• Please limit text on gift vouchers to four names or words, in the 'from' section
• If you require a specific treatment, add this in the notes
• In a hurry to receive a gift voucher? Call our reception team +61 421160346 to order faster.
• The #order number is your receipt of the order it is NOT GIFT VOUCHER NUMBER
• Gift voucher number will be sent on the PDF voucher in an email
• You only need to a postal address if you would like a hard copy posted
• If purchasing a gift for someone who is in area for limited time, we advise you to book ahead or check our availability

Your details are safely hidden in a back end, secure system and deleted as soon as payment is processed.

Gift Vouchers that state a treatment or package are honoured for that treatment or package for one year from date of purchase, after one year all gift vouchers revert to the original purchased dollar value for the following two years. (total of 3 years).
